I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive—friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful with check-in. The lobby is spacious and well-designed, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. My room was spotless, with a huge comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and modern, with all essentials well-maintained. Parking was a breeze—ample space available and easy to access, which was perfect for my car. I also appreciated the laundry service, including pickup and delivery, which saved me so much time. Everything about this hotel feels thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Whether you're traveling solo, with family, or even with kids, this place offers excellent value and a truly relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back!

This stay was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The moment I arrived, staff immediately offered to carry my luggage—such a thoughtful touch. They also gave me great recommendations for local eateries nearby, which made exploring the area so much easier. My room was immaculate and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a humidifier and multiple charging cables—so convenient! The bathroom was spotless with no lingering odors, and every corner had clearly been cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was fantastic: diverse options, fresh, and delicious. From the warm welcome to the attention to detail, this hotel truly exceeded expectations. A perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Vienna International Hotel (Kunming Guandu Haile World Shopping Center)

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the shopping district with tons of great dining options nearby. Despite being in a busy area, it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient; check-in was quick, and they even upgraded me to a better room without hesitation. Any questions or requests were handled promptly. The room itself was spotless, with plush bedding that felt like sleeping on clouds. Soundproofing is excellent—no noise from outside, so I slept through the night and woke up refreshed. The bathroom had strong water pressure and consistent hot water, and the toiletries were high quality. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of variety and delicious flavors. Overall, this place offers incredible value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Kunming!
