The room itself was spotless, with plush bedding that felt like sleeping on clouds. Soundproofing is excellent—no noise from outside, so I slept through the night and woke up refreshed. The bathroom had strong water pressure and consistent hot water, and the toiletries were high quality. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of variety and delicious flavors. Overall, this place offers incredible value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Kunming!

What truly stood out was the warm and friendly front desk staff who upgraded us to a family room without any extra charge—our kids were thrilled and kept saying they’d come back again! They even noticed we had young ones and kindly provided child-sized slippers and toothbrushes—such a sweet gesture that made our stay feel personal and special. The location is fantastic too—just a short walk from Haihong Park, perfect for catching the morning sea gulls. Everything was so convenient and well thought out. This hotel offers exceptional value and service, making it a top choice for families traveling to Kunming.
