Staying at The Longemont Chengdu was an absolute delight for my family trip! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to East Railway Station, making travel around Chengdu super convenient. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent cleanliness and thoughtful touches throughout. The family-friendly facilities were perfect for our little one, who had a great time exploring the hotel’s kid-friendly spaces. Dining options were abundant and the food tasted fantastic, with attentive service from start to finish. As a solo traveler with a 7-month-old baby, I was truly impressed by the personalized care—I didn’t have to carry luggage through security, as the team kindly arranged delivery to the checkpoint. Special shoutout to Jie Lei, whose warm smile and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. From check-in to checkout, every detail felt cared for. This hotel delivers exceptional value and comfort—definitely recommending it to friends planning a visit to Chengdu!
