Staying at this GreenTree Eastern Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spotless, with fresh and cozy bedding that made for a truly restful night's sleep—almost like it had been sun-dried. The quiet neighborhood made it perfect for unwinding, and the room itself felt warm and inviting, with excellent lighting and a large, high-definition TV that supports one-touch screen mirroring. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the smart toilet was a real upgrade. Everything from the toiletries to the bathroom layout (including great dry/wet separation) felt thoughtfully designed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly—the lady smiled warmly, checked us in in seconds, and even offered to carry our luggage up when they saw we had a lot. They also provided a free shopping bag and a helpful city map. Breakfast was outstanding—wide variety, freshly prepared, and the staff were proactive about refilling plates and drinks. Safety, comfort, and peace of mind were all top-notch. Honestly, the value for money here is unbeatable. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel deserves a second visit.

Tongli Lake View Hotel

This has been one of the most satisfying hotel stays I've had in years. From the moment I booked, a staff member reached out proactively to understand my needs—something that instantly set the tone for an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, Xiao Qiu was incredibly helpful, patiently guiding me through room selection and even arranging two connecting rooms that perfectly suited our family. Though the hotel opened in 2004 and shows a bit of age on the outside, the interior is well-maintained and recently renovated last year—no lingering construction smell at all. The rooms are modern, clean, and fully equipped, with standout features like the electric towel warmer that everyone loved. Dining options were excellent too—the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, and the pool water was crystal clear. The view from Daguanyuan at night was breathtaking, almost worth the trip on its own. One unexpected highlight? Free photography service included in the stay. The three professionally edited photos turned out beautifully, and my family still talk about them. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Every single person we met—from front desk to housekeeping—was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Their level of hospitality far exceeded what I’ve experienced at many international luxury chains. Special thanks to Xiao Qiu (Sales), Xiao Wei (Chinese Restaurant), Xiao Yao (Concierge), Wang Zhi (Housekeeping), and all the other friendly faces who made our stay so memorable. Four Points by Sheraton Suzhou, Wuzhong

The hotel overall is excellent—comfortable rooms, great amenities, and friendly staff. While it’s a bit of a walk from the nearest subway station, it’s manageable and not a major issue. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options, but the coffee and tea were disappointing. The coffee was extremely weak—by far the weakest I’ve had in any hotel stay. The black tea tasted more like colored water than actual tea, and there were no fresh tea bags available for brewing. It really brought down the experience, especially since other aspects of the stay were so positive. That said, the room comfort, cleanliness, and service all exceeded expectations. Definitely worth staying again if they can upgrade the beverage offerings.

Suzhou Baodai Bridge International Hotel

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic—super convenient for self-driving, with easy access to all major areas. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and even though we had to wait a bit during check-in due to a group arrival, the hotel surprised us by offering complimentary breakfast with no extra charge. That was such a thoughtful touch! The room itself is spacious, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. I originally booked without breakfast, but this unexpected upgrade made the experience even better. The overall value is outstanding. Suzhou is already a lovely city, but this hotel truly makes it stand out. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The facilities are top-notch and well-maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—so much so that they upgraded my room without any extra charge. The room itself was spotless, bright, and beautifully designed with a classic Chinese aesthetic. Since it was Christmas Eve, they even surprised me with a festive apple—a small but thoughtful gesture that really made the stay special. The restaurant downstairs is bustling and packed with locals, offering a wide variety of dishes and excellent value for money. The food was fresh, flavorful, and diverse. Overall, this place offers incredible value and comfort. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Suzhou.

My stay at Hampton by Hilton Wuzhong Suzhou was absolutely outstanding. The staff went above and beyond—warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. After checking out, I stayed in the lobby area working, and they kindly offered me a cup of hot water and even greeted me with a smile. The lobby itself is beautifully designed, cozy, and inviting—perfect for relaxing or catching up on work. Best of all, my room was upgraded for free! It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions or heading to business meetings. Grace Hotel

I booked this hotel for a friend, and they were really impressed with the stay! While the building might look a bit dated, the practicality more than makes up for it. The location is fantastic—right next to the metro station, making it super easy to get around town, whether heading to East Wu Tianjie or Shihu East Road. Breakfast was standard but satisfying—plenty of options and enough to keep you going. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yang, was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The room itself was spacious with all the essentials, and the bathroom layout was well thought out. Parking was a big plus—ample spots both above and below ground, and the process was simple: just scan your parking voucher at reception. Everything ran smoothly. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money, comfort, and convenience. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again on my next trip to Suzhou.

Campanile Suzhou Industrial Park Dushu Lake Hotel

I stayed at Campanile Suzhou Industrial Park Dushu Lake Hotel and was really impressed. The room had excellent natural lighting, and I appreciated the complimentary beverages available on the first floor—simple but thoughtful touches. The pricing felt fair and reasonable for what you get. I usually avoid working in my room, but the ground-floor area is perfect for laptop use: plenty of power outlets, strong Wi-Fi, and a spacious, relaxed atmosphere. It made evening work sessions comfortable and productive. Plus, being just steps from the metro station makes exploring the city super convenient. This place strikes a great balance between comfort, practicality, and value. Definitely a top choice for both business and leisure travelers.
