The laundry service is outstanding: just drop off your clothes by noon, and by evening they’re returned neatly washed, dried, folded, and waiting in the room. So convenient and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room spotless every time I came back—no dust, no mess, just perfect cleanliness. Front desk staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything. What truly touched me was the little gift they gave upon checkout—it felt personal and warm. I especially want to thank the male manager on duty during the day. Without a local phone number, many tasks like ordering food or browsing Taobao were frustratingly difficult. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a short walk to the National Museum, Tiananmen Square, and the Forbidden City. Public transportation is also super accessible, making it easy to explore the city. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and great value in central Beijing, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The courtyard has that authentic college-student vibe, blending Western charm with traditional Beijing style. Sitting in the sunroom, sipping tea, and chatting with friends felt like being at home. Every corner of the property is thoughtfully decorated with charming little details worth capturing in photos. Cleanliness is top-notch—no surprises there. The staff went above and beyond: welcome fruits, room upgrade without extra charge, and the owner and his assistant felt like family. No pressure or formality—just warm, genuine hospitality. And the cats? Absolutely adorable! The two furry residents in the second-floor sunroom stole our hearts. We couldn’t go to bed without spending a few minutes playing with them. It’s rare to find a place that feels so personal, cozy, and full of character. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Blossom House·Hou Hai Beijing in Yangfang Hutong was such a delightful experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Houhai Lake and the Drum Tower, making it perfect for exploring Beijing’s historic heart. The hotel’s interior design stands out with its creative use of irregular shapes, which might not be everyone’s taste, but I appreciated the unique character. What truly impressed me was the comfort of the bed—excellent mattress and high-quality linens made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast offered both set menus and à la carte options, so there was something for everyone, and nothing went to waste. The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. This place has a special charm, and I’ll definitely return.

The PuXuan Hotel and Spa

Staying at The PuXuan Hotel and Spa in Beijing was a delightful experience overall. The room size was just right—not too cramped, not overly spacious—and being just steps from the metro made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The twin beds were slightly smaller than expected, but the mattress was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the eggs—perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and soft center. However, the wonton soup could use more depth in flavor. Adding some rice noodles or vermicelli dishes, maybe even a spicy beef noodle option, would be a great addition to the menu. Despite minor room for improvement, the hospitality, location, and value for money made this stay truly memorable. I’d definitely come back here on my next trip to Beijing!

Located right in the heart of Beijing, it’s incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Wangfujing shopping street and major attractions like the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and featured all the amenities we needed. The view of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Mountain was simply unforgettable. We especially loved the New Year’s Eve atmosphere in the lobby—warm, festive, and beautifully decorated. The Executive Lounge perks were top-notch: great happy hour dinner, delicious breakfast, and a cozy space to unwind. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout—special thanks to Cecilia at check-in and Peter at checkout for their exceptional service. We’ve made this hotel our go-to spot for annual New Year gatherings with friends, and it never disappoints. One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. Still, these minor points don’t take away from the overall excellent experience. This place truly delivers luxury, comfort, and hospitality—highly recommended!
