One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. On-site amenities are efficient, and the restaurant consistently delivers quality meals. That said, cleanliness this time didn’t quite match up to last year’s standard—hope they’ll take note and improve.
