I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Fillmore Hotel! Located just a short walk from the Bell Tower Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring Xi’an—especially if you want to hit up Huimin Street or other nearby attractions. The room was spotless, with excellent cleanliness and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. I especially appreciated the breakfast spread—varied, fresh, and delicious, with both local and international options. The staff were warm and helpful throughout, making me feel right at home. Everything about this place, from the service to the comfort, felt thoughtfully designed. If you're visiting Xi’an and want a comfortable, well-located hotel with great value, this is definitely one to consider. Highly recommended!

The location is unbeatable—right next to Metro Line 2, with the Bell Tower and Yongning Gate just a short walk away. The Wangfujing Department Store connects directly to the hotel, making shopping, dining, and picking up local souvenirs super convenient. Returning to the hotel at night feels safe and relaxing. The room itself is beautifully designed with a serene Chinese Zen aesthetic—calm, elegant, and spotless. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the smart toilet works perfectly, and the large shower delivers strong hot water. I especially appreciated the welcome fruit and soothing herbal tea. Breakfast was a highlight—great mix of Western and local Chinese options, including authentic Xi’an cold noodles and wonton soup. Freshly ground coffee and warm congee were served all day, keeping me well-fed and cozy. Staff went above and beyond—front desk staff kindly upgraded my room and offered helpful tips on nearby attractions. The self-service laundry with washing and drying machines is a huge plus, and they even gave me a little souvenir when checking out. This place truly delivers a memorable stay—thoughtful, convenient, and genuinely welcoming. I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly—just walking in, you’re greeted with a warm smile. Even the housekeeping team and restaurant staff went out of their way to make us feel at home with their genuine hospitality. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a short walk to Datang Everbright City, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and Huaqing Palace. You can easily explore all the highlights without needing transport. Plus, there are countless dining options right around the corner—great for trying local flavors. The underground parking is a huge plus, especially if you're driving. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed, and the value for money is outstanding. If you're visiting Xi'an, this is definitely a top-tier choice.

Rujia business travel hotel (Xi'an Dayan Pagoda Datang sleepless city history museum store)

We stayed at this hotel in Xi'an for three nights during New Year's Eve and New Year's Day with my long-distance boyfriend, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to both Deyuecheng and Sai Ge shopping areas, so we could enjoy amazing local food like Huzi Water Bowl Lamb and Ziwu Road Roujiamo, then stroll back to the hotel through the snow-covered streets. It felt so romantic! The staff were incredibly friendly—from the front desk ladies to the kitchen team and night shift personnel, everyone went above and beyond. I ordered a cream strawberry cake, and they even had the robot deliver it straight to my room after chilling it in the fridge—such a fun touch! The only minor issues were slightly slow Wi-Fi and hot shower water temperature, but honestly, these didn’t take away from the overall experience. This is my third visit to Xi'an, and this hotel still stands out as one of my favorites. I’d definitely book here again—great value, cozy vibe, and unbeatable convenience.

Home Inn Plus (Xi'an Wild Goose Pagoda)

Staying at Home Inn Plus in Xi'an was an absolute delight. The hotel is incredibly close to the Tang Paradise Night Market, with the Wild Goose Pagoda just a short walk away—perfect for evening strolls and exploring the vibrant atmosphere. My room was spotless, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and fresh air throughout. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help—especially appreciative of the laundry service, which made my trip much more convenient. Located near a metro station, getting around the city was easy and quick. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and a great base for exploring Xi'an. Step outside and you're face-to-face with the iconic Bell Tower—perfect for photos and soaking in the historic vibe. The staff, from security to front desk and laundry team, were all friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast was fantastic—daily rotating menu with fresh, diverse options that kept us excited every morning. My parents especially loved the afternoon tea service; after a long day of exploring, returning to a cozy corner with a warm drink and light bites was pure bliss. This hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and charm. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an—and I’ll definitely be back.

Platinum wan'ao Victory Hotel

Our 8-day self-drive trip across Shaanxi ended with a stay at Platinum Wan'ao Victory Hotel in Xi'an, and overall, it was an excellent choice. The location is incredibly convenient—right across from Hepingmen Metro Station, just a 50-meter walk away, making public transit access seamless for exploring the city. The hotel faces the ancient city wall directly, and it’s only about a 1.7-kilometer stroll to Yongning Gate if you want to walk along the wall—a pleasant way to enjoy the historic surroundings. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a larger room, which made a big difference: spacious enough to comfortably unpack and move around, and ideal for family travel. Cleanliness was spot-on, meeting standard expectations without any issues. One minor drawback is the parking situation—being a multi-level garage, it’s not the most user-friendly, especially for larger vehicles, though my compact car navigated it easily. Breakfast was decent but not particularly impressive by luxury hotel standards—nothing overly elaborate, and we didn’t receive a third breakfast for our parents, which was slightly disappointing since this was one of only two hotels on the entire trip that didn’t offer it. Still, considering the excellent location, helpful staff, room comfort, and overall value, it’s hard not to give high praise. For travelers prioritizing convenience and a solid base in central Xi’an, this hotel is a strong recommendation.

Gran Melia Xi'an

Staying at Gran Melia Xi'an was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel's design is elegant without being overly flashy—very refined and modern. Our Huanxiang Suite, measuring 103 square meters, felt spacious and airy, making it incredibly comfortable for our family stay. The bedding was plush and fresh with no strange odors, and the housekeeping staff were consistently attentive—daily cleaning, plus a second tidy-up in the evening, which made a big difference. The staff on the executive floor were especially memorable: warm, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. They greeted my child by name each time and even brought over two small packs of chips just because he liked them—such a sweet, personal touch. The executive lounge snacks were also excellent—on our first night, when we were rushing to get ready, I stopped by for a quick bite. There was a good variety of options, and everything felt fresh and well-curated. Location-wise, this hotel is unbeatable—just across from the Tang Paradise Garden, a short walk to the lively Tang Dynasty Night Market, and close to Qujiang Book City. Everything is pedestrian-friendly, which is perfect for exploring the area at your own pace. The concierge at the lobby was outstanding—professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. A few words were enough for him to understand exactly what I needed, living up to the Gold Key reputation. Overall, while it might not be the flashiest hotel in town, the service quality ranks among the top I've experienced. It’s calm, respectful, and deeply considerate—everyone knows their role and executes it flawlessly. That level of consistency is rare. One small suggestion: please extend breakfast service a bit longer. We arrived around 10:30, and the serving station had already been cleared—plates and tongs were gone—even though food was still available. It left latecomers stranded without tools to serve themselves. A minor fix, but would make a big difference. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

The Westin Xi'an

Staying at The Westin Xi'an was an absolute highlight of my trip to Xi'an. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic Great Wild Goose Pagoda and the vibrant Datang Fubu Night Market. Whether you're out late enjoying the nightlife or heading out early for sightseeing, everything is within easy reach. Nearby shopping malls offer plenty of options for retail therapy, and it's super convenient to visit major attractions like the Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Palace. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a stunning atrium filled with ginkgo trees—perfectly golden during autumn, creating a breathtaking atmosphere. Despite being in the heart of the city, the place is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety of both Western and Chinese dishes—all fresh and delicious. The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. I was especially impressed by the complimentary museum exhibition on the lower level, which adds a cultural touch to the stay. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a memorable experience. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back.

HUALUXE Xi'an Tanghua by IHG

My first visit to Xi'an turned out to be an unforgettable stay at HUALUXE Xi'an Tanghua by IHG. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk from the bustling Datang Fubin Night Market, the Chang’an Twelve Hours experience, and the beautiful Daming Palace Park. No need for taxis; everything is within easy reach on foot. I was there during my birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond—surprised me with a delicious cake and even decorated the room with care. It felt truly special. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, including authentic local favorites like lamb stewed bread (yang rou pao mo), meat-filled buns (rou jia mo), Biangbiang noodles, and Zengao. Plus, the garden features two gorgeous peacocks that stroll around peacefully—perfect for photos. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with soft bedding and complimentary sleep aids like herbal pillows and sachets. The view outside the window was stunning, especially at night when the Big Wild Goose Pagoda lights up. I’d definitely come back again. Special shoutout to service staff Bingyue—so friendly, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an!
