The location is incredibly convenient—right across from Hepingmen Metro Station, just a 50-meter walk away, making public transit access seamless for exploring the city. The hotel faces the ancient city wall directly, and it’s only about a 1.7-kilometer stroll to Yongning Gate if you want to walk along the wall—a pleasant way to enjoy the historic surroundings. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a larger room, which made a big difference: spacious enough to comfortably unpack and move around, and ideal for family travel. Cleanliness was spot-on, meeting standard expectations without any issues. One minor drawback is the parking situation—being a multi-level garage, it’s not the most user-friendly, especially for larger vehicles, though my compact car navigated it easily. Location-wise, this hotel is unbeatable—just across from the Tang Paradise Garden, a short walk to the lively Tang Dynasty Night Market, and close to Qujiang Book City. One small suggestion: please extend breakfast service a bit longer. I was there during my birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond—surprised me with a delicious cake and even decorated the room with care. It felt truly special. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, including authentic local favorites like lamb stewed bread (yang rou pao mo), meat-filled buns (rou jia mo), Biangbiang noodles, and Zengao. Plus, the garden features two gorgeous peacocks that stroll around peacefully—perfect for photos. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with soft bedding and complimentary sleep aids like herbal pillows and sachets. The view outside the window was stunning, especially at night when the Big Wild Goose Pagoda lights up. I’d definitely come back again. Special shoutout to service staff Bingyue—so friendly, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond—especially the front desk attendant, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk from Xishao Men Metro Station and close to the airport bus stop, so getting around was super convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, but what really stood out was the indoor pool—it’s quiet, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. And the restaurant’s grilled dishes? Absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, great flavor, and worth trying if you’re here. The manager promptly helped reissue my access card and even coordinated with housekeeping to retrieve my item—such thoughtful service that truly went above and beyond.
