It was crowded but full of energy, definitely worth checking out. The location is super convenient, just steps from the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The only thing that could be improved is cleanliness—found a stray false eyelash on the sink, which was a bit of a surprise. Still, it’s a minor issue. In a panic, I rushed back, but thanks to the front desk team—especially the gentleman named Liu—they once again delivered my luggage to the station entrance and waited in the cold for 15 minutes. I made it just in time. If I’d missed that train, I’d have had to wait six hours for the next one. That kind of care is rare. The staff are incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and peaceful; the mini-fridge even came stocked with drinks. I slept soundly all night with zero noise disturbance. Breakfast was a highlight—especially the duck blood vermicelli soup, authentic and comforting. I hadn’t booked the airport/train station shuttle in advance, but when I mentioned it, Zhou Xiaoxi on duty went above and beyond to arrange transportation. He even followed up afterward to ask about my experience, showing genuine care for guest satisfaction. The driver, Yu, was professional and prompt, getting me to the station just in time. From start to finish, the service was warm, proactive, and deeply personal. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like being looked after. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone visiting Nanjing for work or leisure. A loyalty discount for repeat guests would be a great touch, but even without it, this stay left me with a smile—and a strong intention to return.
