The front desk staff kindly picked up my luggage from the station exit and brought it straight to the hotel—so I could head straight to the event without any hassle. That was a game-changer. Then, just yesterday, after attending Ziyu’s first concert, I was swamped with fan activities and nearly missed my high-speed train. In a panic, I rushed back, but thanks to the front desk team—especially the gentleman named Liu—they once again delivered my luggage to the station entrance and waited in the cold for 15 minutes. I made it just in time. If I’d missed that train, I’d have had to wait six hours for the next one. That kind of care is rare. The staff are incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. The cleanliness, comfort, and overall service quality at this price point? Absolutely stunning. It feels like getting way more than you pay for. This hotel has such a unique vintage charm with a real artistic vibe—feels like stepping into a classic film. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse, and the old duck noodle soup was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor and totally worth trying. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff at the lobby were friendly and welcoming, and overall management seems well-organized. The only thing that could be improved is cleanliness—found a stray false eyelash on the sink, which was a bit of a surprise. Still, it’s a minor issue. With its great location, excellent comfort, and strong value for money, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something different and cozy in Nanjing.

The room was spacious, clean, and peaceful; the mini-fridge even came stocked with drinks. I slept soundly all night with zero noise disturbance. I hadn’t booked the airport/train station shuttle in advance, but when I mentioned it, Zhou Xiaoxi on duty went above and beyond to arrange transportation. He even followed up afterward to ask about my experience, showing genuine care for guest satisfaction. The driver, Yu, was professional and prompt, getting me to the station just in time. From start to finish, the service was warm, proactive, and deeply personal. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like being looked after.
