The room was spacious, clean, and peaceful; the mini-fridge even came stocked with drinks. I slept soundly all night with zero noise disturbance. Breakfast was a highlight—especially the duck blood vermicelli soup, authentic and comforting. I hadn’t booked the airport/train station shuttle in advance, but when I mentioned it, Zhou Xiaoxi on duty went above and beyond to arrange transportation. He even followed up afterward to ask about my experience, showing genuine care for guest satisfaction. The driver, Yu, was professional and prompt, getting me to the station just in time. From start to finish, the service was warm, proactive, and deeply personal. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like being looked after. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone visiting Nanjing for work or leisure.
