They kindly upgraded us to a sea view room at no extra cost—just because they knew we were traveling with older family members. Waking up to the endless ocean view from the bed was magical. The elevator takes you straight to the ground floor, where you can step out directly onto the street—perfect for hailing a ride-share. Just walk up to the second floor, exit the building, and you're already in the quiet, secure residential complex. On the left side of the building, there are two halal restaurants that became our go-to breakfast spot every morning—they serve delicious, authentic food at great prices. Within just 100 meters of leaving the complex, you’re at Haiyun Plaza, ideal for watching the sunset over the sea. The views are breathtaking, especially during golden hour. There’s also a supermarket and several dining options right across the street, so everything you need is within easy reach. The location, service, and atmosphere all come together seamlessly. This place isn’t just convenient—it’s truly special. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located stay in Sanya.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from the Ramada to a family suite, and we’re especially grateful to our dedicated concierge, Joan Chen, whose warm care and thoughtful attention made our stay even more memorable. The hotel truly reflects the brand’s signature elegance. The room view is stunning—same breathtaking sea and pool vistas as the standard rooms—but our upgraded suite featured a spacious balcony with an unobstructed view of the pool below. The family room itself was impressively large, spotlessly clean with no overlooked corners. With two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer, it was incredibly convenient for a multi-generational family visit. Staff service stood out across the board—everyone, from housekeeping to gardeners, was courteous and professional. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both extensive and high-quality, offering a wide variety of dishes that would take days to fully explore. Public restrooms were immaculately maintained. One highlight: the lifeguard at the pool noticed our young kids and immediately offered free swim rings—such a sweet gesture. The outdoor buffet area was lively with live acoustic music, creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. A few suggestions for improvement: afternoon tea desserts were identical to breakfast pastries—consider rotating the selection to avoid feeling like leftover items. Also, airport shuttle service had gaps (e.g., after 5 PM), likely due to driver rest periods—adding a second driver on rotation could ensure coverage throughout the day. Lastly, while the outdoor hot tub on the balcony was lovely, there was no privacy screening, so guests had to use it while wearing swimwear, which slightly reduced the experience. Despite these minor points, this hotel delivers a truly welcoming, relaxing stay. We felt at home every single day. Cleanliness was generally good—rooms were tidy—but I noticed the housekeeping staff seemed stretched thin, almost like only one person was handling all the rooms, leading to some waiting time. Service was excellent though—always responsive. When I accidentally burned my hand, they quickly brought over burn ointment. Even when I ordered a large delivery, the friendly, slightly chubby porter helped carry everything up without hesitation. Overall, this place offers great value and a homey vibe. I stayed here as a transit stop, but was pleasantly surprised by how close it is to Yemeng Long Beach, perfect for catching the sunset at the ideal viewing spot. Plus, there’s live acoustic music on weekends—such a nice touch that adds charm to the evening. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Staying in the honeymoon suite on the 7th floor was such a delightful surprise—corner room with multiple windows and a spacious balcony that flooded the space with natural light. The room was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a private retreat. The housekeeping staff were genuinely warm and friendly, greeting us with a smile the moment we walked in. Even though the resort is large and bustling, the team stayed organized and attentive, always going the extra mile. They offered to carry our luggage up to the room and even helped with packing and bringing bags down at check-out—way more thoughtful than what I’ve experienced at some other luxury hotels. A small tip is definitely deserved for such service. The barbecue and hot pot buffets were outstanding—plenty of fresh ingredients, and the lamb skewers were especially delicious. I ended up eating so much I could barely move! The breakfast was next level too—huge dining area, endless variety, and one of the most impressive hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had on this trip. The landscaping is beautiful, and the resort feels expansive and peaceful. Right outside the front door is the Menguang Longlou walkway, where you can stroll along the beachfront. While the waters of Sanya Bay aren’t as crystal clear as those in Yalong Bay, it’s still lovely for a relaxed walk, watching locals enjoy the seaside vibe. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere made this stay truly memorable. A top-tier experience with excellent value.

Our little star, Baby Bear, absolutely fell in love with Sanya the moment we arrived! As a Black Diamond Partner, I can confidently say the resort’s scenery is absolutely breathtaking—endless blue sky meeting endless sea, truly unmatched. I’ve been here before three years ago and still remember the stunning infinity pool on the rooftop with its panoramic ocean view. This time around, as soon as we checked in, we headed straight up to the rooftop pool—just like old times. The view? Pure magic. It’s exactly what you imagine when you think of 'living by the sea.' Our entire stay was taken care of by Zoe, who was attentive, warm, and always ready to help. But it wasn’t just her—every department we interacted with, from housekeeping and front desk to concierge, pool staff, photography team, and even maintenance (if I missed anyone, my apologies!), made us feel genuinely welcomed and cherished. And then there’s the food—especially the local Hou’an noodles. Rich, flavorful, perfectly cooked—this dish deserves to be a signature on the menu.
