A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

With great reviews, I figured it couldn’t hurt to give it a try—and wow, it exceeded all expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room felt spacious, almost like a mini-suite. To my surprise, the front desk upgraded us to a projector screen—perfect for relaxing evenings in. There are several other hotels nearby, but this one stands out for its excellent value. Dining and shopping options are just steps away, making everything super convenient. The customer service manager was especially friendly and attentive—always going the extra mile. Honestly, this place deserves a full 10/10. I’ll definitely book here again on my next trip back.
