During the New Year holiday period, despite the busy schedule, staff across all departments—from front desk to housekeeping and dining—maintained excellent service attitude and professionalism, truly reflecting Pullman’s high standards under Accor’s management. A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

That little extra flexibility made all the difference! The breakfast was fantastic—lots of variety, both Western and Chinese options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I especially loved the hot porridge and freshly baked bread. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly—from the air conditioning to the TV and mini-fridge. Location-wise, it's extremely accessible; just a short ride to downtown and nearby attractions. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help—gave me that homey feeling right away. Everything about this stay was seamless and enjoyable. Definitely a great choice if you're visiting Suzhou, and I’d happily come back again.

Vienna International Hotel (Suzhou Railway Station North Square)

I was a bit hesitant before checking in, seeing all those negative reviews online, but since the price was so reasonable, I figured I'd give it a try. I even brought my own toiletries just in case—but didn’t need them at all. What really stood out was watching one of the housekeeping staff cleaning—she was working hard, sweating through her shift, yet still meticulous and attentive. She went above and beyond to help with any request, and every time she entered the room, she made sure to wipe her shoes clean before stepping in. That level of care for cleanliness genuinely put me at ease. The location is excellent too—right next to the subway entrance. We parked at the hotel and took the metro everywhere, avoiding traffic completely. No hassle, no stress. For the comfort, service, and convenience, this place is an absolute steal. Definitely coming back.
