During the New Year holiday period, despite the busy schedule, staff across all departments—from front desk to housekeeping and dining—maintained excellent service attitude and professionalism, truly reflecting Pullman’s high standards under Accor’s management. A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

Located in the heart of the business district, this hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall on the 4th floor—just walk out and you're right next to a cinema and tons of dining options. I was upgraded from a standard king room to a spacious suite, which was both clean and well-designed. The bathtub even came with a cover for a relaxing soak. The staff, especially our host Xiao Xie, went above and beyond—welcome fruit, quick delivery of extra toiletries for my kids (including toothbrushes and slippers), and a personalized travel guide that made planning our day trips so easy. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely welcoming home away from home. Highly recommended.

Hampton by Hilton Suzhou Xiangcheng

I was in Shanghai for an event and decided to spend a day in Suzhou to visit a friend. My friend recommended this Hampton by Hilton in Xiangcheng, and I’m so glad I did—this was my first stay at a Hampton, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Even before I arrived in Suzhou, the hotel reached out via phone to confirm my travel plans—such a thoughtful touch! On my check-out day, when my friend and I were still out exploring and couldn’t make it back in time, they kindly extended our checkout to 4 PM without any hassle. That little extra flexibility made all the difference! The breakfast was fantastic—lots of variety, both Western and Chinese options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I especially loved the hot porridge and freshly baked bread. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly—from the air conditioning to the TV and mini-fridge. Staff responded quickly whenever I needed something, which added to the overall ease of the stay. I didn’t get any photos of the hotel (too busy enjoying the city!), but if you're visiting Suzhou, this is a great choice. It’s conveniently located, close to public transit, and offers top-notch value. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip!

MEHOOD LESTIE Hotel (Suzhou Xiangcheng)

I was on a last-minute business trip and randomly picked this hotel while driving through Xiangcheng District. With great reviews, I figured it couldn’t hurt to give it a try—and wow, it exceeded all expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room felt spacious, almost like a mini-suite. To my surprise, the front desk upgraded us to a projector screen—perfect for relaxing evenings in. There are several other hotels nearby, but this one stands out for its excellent value. Dining and shopping options are just steps away, making everything super convenient. The customer service manager was especially friendly and attentive—always going the extra mile. Honestly, this place deserves a full 10/10. I’ll definitely book here again on my next trip back.
