Qingshuiwan Letanghui Hot Spring Holiday Hotel

This has become my go-to choice whenever I visit Xi'an — super convenient to get to, especially with the metro nearby. The value for money is outstanding, especially since the room rate includes tickets for two adults and one child. That’s a huge plus when traveling with family. The staff, particularly the front desk lady, were incredibly responsive and helpful — any question I had was resolved quickly and professionally. The only minor downside is that food delivery can’t be sent directly to your room; you have to pick it up on the first floor. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off considering how great everything else is. I’d definitely come back again.

This was my second stay at this Sheraton, and I’m already planning my next visit. The pool area is absolutely perfect—serene, well-maintained, and just right for a relaxing swim. The service continues to impress; staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive. It’s clear this hotel has built a strong reputation over the years, and it shows in every detail. I especially love the à la carte Chinese restaurant—two of the servers stood out with their warm smiles and attentive yet unobtrusive service. And the breakfast? Outstanding. Huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. Perfect start to the day. If you’re in Xi’an, this is definitely a top choice.

Courtyard by Marriott Xi'an North

We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel we’ll return to, and one we highly recommend to fellow travelers.

I was especially impressed by the hotel’s prime location just steps away from the Yu Xiang Gate Metro Station, making it super easy to explore major attractions in Xi’an without hassle. Public transport access is excellent, and everything you need—from local eateries to convenience stores—is within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. When I accidentally forgot my towel, they promptly brought a replacement without any delay. Their willingness to address concerns quickly made a big difference. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, great comfort, and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Xi’an!
