I especially love the à la carte Chinese restaurant—two of the servers stood out with their warm smiles and attentive yet unobtrusive service. And the breakfast? Outstanding. We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel we’ll return to, and one we highly recommend to fellow travelers.

Public transport access is excellent, and everything you need—from local eateries to convenience stores—is within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. When I accidentally forgot my towel, they promptly brought a replacement without any delay. Their willingness to address concerns quickly made a big difference. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, great comfort, and top-notch hospitality. And let’s talk about the fourth-floor pool and gym—accessible for free with our room key. The pool water was crystal clear, fresh, and completely odor-free, making it perfect for a refreshing swim.
