The bed had just the right firmness—comfortable enough for a restful night's sleep without feeling too soft or too hard. During winter, the heating system worked perfectly, keeping the room cozy throughout, and hot water was available 24/7, which is a big plus when you want a relaxing shower after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—especially Xiao Mi, who went out of her way to help with any request promptly and with a warm smile. They truly made the experience feel personal. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided in the room—a small touch that shows attention to detail. Located right next to convenience stores, breakfast spots, and local street food vendors, dining options were super accessible without needing to go far. The service robot delivered items quickly and efficiently, adding a modern, tech-savvy vibe to the stay. Located near People's Park, it’s super convenient for exploring downtown Urumqi via metro. They carried my bags with care, guided me safely through the steps, and made sure everything was smooth from the start. The luggage storage process was super organized, and they clearly communicated the pickup time, which was spot-on. That kind of professionalism and attention to detail shows how well-trained the staff are—truly impressive! And kudos to room attendant Rehmati: the room was immaculate, and she even neatly bundled up my charging cables with ties and left a sweet little note. Plus, mineral water was refilled promptly—no need to ask twice. Every little touch made the stay feel personal and luxurious. Located right next to a major shopping center, everything you need is within walking distance, including the regional museum.
