The hotel’s location is excellent—super convenient for exploring nearby areas and finding great local eats. One highlight was the security guard who went out of his way to help us avoid parking fines by guiding us to the right spot and even recommending some amazing local restaurants. It’s clear the team here truly cares about guest comfort and experience. Definitely a place that stands out for its hospitality and attention to detail.

Location-wise, it's super convenient: just steps away from Erdaoqiao Metro Station, making it easy to explore Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar and other attractions. The front desk staff, Ms. Gulie, was exceptionally warm and helpful—she went above and beyond to meet all my basic needs. From check-in to checkout, the experience was seamless and welcoming. This hotel offers amazing value for money and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Ürümqi!

Opening the curtains in the morning revealed breathtaking views of snow-capped Bogeda Peak—a true highlight. Breakfast was a real treat: a diverse spread that included fresh seafood dishes from Guangdong cuisine alongside authentic Xinjiang specialties like hand-pulled lamb, all prepared with great care and flavor. The on-site facilities are impressive too—there's a heated indoor pool, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing spa center, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
