Waya Hotel

We absolutely loved staying at Waya Hotel—this place is a gem! The location is unbeatable: right next to two metro lines. Line 3 from Xianning Road Station takes you straight to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Tang Paradise, while Line 6 gets you to Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter in no time. Even if we took a cab, it was always just a short ride away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—when I came back late after a hair appointment, I casually asked if they had any makeup remover wipes, and they brought over individually packaged ones without hesitation. The room was spotless, clean, and so relaxing—after a full day of exploring, a hot shower completely recharged me for another day of sightseeing. Everything was modern and well-maintained, especially the smart TV with screen mirroring — perfect for streaming movies. Even the bathroom corners were immaculate, showing real attention to hygiene. Absolutely fantastic stay with incredible value for money! The front desk staff, Xiao Li, provided exceptional service—check-in was quick and seamless, and they even upgraded us to a room with a better view, which was such a delightful surprise. They even arranged a late check-out without hesitation, which was such a thoughtful touch. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and genuinely enjoyable. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly, and the overall value is outstanding. I’d absolutely book here again on our next trip to Xi’an—highly recommend this gem!

I was especially impressed by how thoughtful and responsive the staff were. When I called to confirm parking and request a late checkout, the front desk agent wasn’t sure about the policy, but immediately connected me with someone who provided clear, detailed answers. Even better, they allowed me to keep my car parked after check-out, which made a big difference when I returned from sightseeing later that day. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with nice amenities: soft towels, quality toiletries including Shu Ke mini toothpaste, good shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even a moisturizer—something you don’t always get at this price point. There’s also a 24-hour restaurant right across the street offering delicious, hygienic noodles—perfect for late-night cravings. While the TV might be slightly outdated, it’s not a dealbreaker, especially considering the overall value. Public transport access is excellent—just steps away from metro and bus stops, making it super easy to explore the city. If you’re looking for a reliable, no-frills, yet genuinely comfortable stay in Xi’an, this place delivers. Don’t let a few negative comments cloud your judgment—this hotel deserves more credit than it gets.

The hotel is incredibly well-located right next to the metro station, making it super easy to get around town, whether you're heading to Jiaotong University Xijing Hospital or exploring Changle Park. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm welcome and a cup of soothing ginger tea — such a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, ideal for unwinding after a long day. Rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with high-quality amenities — from premium toiletries to comfortable bedding. Staff are attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. If you're visiting Xi'an and want a relaxing, hassle-free base, this hotel is an excellent choice. Staying at Novotel Xi'an Xinxing was an absolutely delightful experience. Cleanliness stood out immediately—no corners were overlooked, and the entire space felt spotless and fresh. The staff truly went above and beyond. Front desk agent Xiao Liu was especially welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and personalized. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, always responding to needs without being intrusive. Located just steps from the Changle Park Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around the city, including easy access to Xijing Hospital. Excellent value for money and a great base for exploring Xi’an. I’ll definitely be returning.
