Staying at Novotel Xi'an Xinxing was an absolutely delightful experience. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained—everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, whether traveling for business or leisure. The room itself was bright, airy, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Cleanliness stood out immediately—no corners were overlooked, and the entire space felt spotless and fresh. The staff truly went above and beyond. Front desk agent Xiao Liu was especially welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and personalized. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, always responding to needs without being intrusive. Located just steps from the Changle Park Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around the city, including easy access to Xijing Hospital. Excellent value for money and a great base for exploring Xi’an. I’ll definitely be returning.

At first, I wasn’t sure how to use them, so I asked the front desk. Not only did they explain everything clearly, but they also took the extra step of washing, drying, folding the clothes, and delivering them straight to my room. That kind of thoughtful service really stands out. The hotel is located in a lively area with plenty of local eateries and supermarkets nearby. You can easily try authentic Xi’an dishes like the famous Sāozi Mian (noodles in spicy sauce) for just 10–12 RMB (around $200–240 JPY), or a classic Roujiamo (meat sandwich) for about 8 RMB ($160 JPY). Great value, delicious food, and super affordable—perfect for budget-conscious travelers who want to enjoy real local flavors without breaking the bank.

I paused by the Heavenly Lake, snapping photos framed by lush greenery and shimmering water, and couldn’t resist taking a picture in front of the mysterious Ice Wind Cave, a true testament to nature’s artistry. Every moment felt refreshing and inspiring. From start to finish, the hotel delivered excellent value, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again.

Even better, they allowed me to keep my car parked after check-out, which made a big difference when I returned from sightseeing later that day. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with nice amenities: soft towels, quality toiletries including Shu Ke mini toothpaste, good shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even a moisturizer—something you don’t always get at this price point. There’s also a 24-hour restaurant right across the street offering delicious, hygienic noodles—perfect for late-night cravings. While the TV might be slightly outdated, it’s not a dealbreaker, especially considering the overall value. We absolutely loved staying at Waya Hotel—this place is a gem! The location is unbeatable: right next to two metro lines. Line 3 from Xianning Road Station takes you straight to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Tang Paradise, while Line 6 gets you to Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter in no time. Even if we took a cab, it was always just a short ride away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—when I came back late after a hair appointment, I casually asked if they had any makeup remover wipes, and they brought over individually packaged ones without hesitation. The room was spotless, clean, and so relaxing—after a full day of exploring, a hot shower completely recharged me for another day of sightseeing. Plus, the free laundry service was a huge plus for families. And when we checked out, they even gave our kids little gifts—such a thoughtful touch. This hotel truly stands out. We’ll definitely be booking here again on our next trip to Xi’an!
