Waya Hotel

We absolutely loved staying at Waya Hotel—this place is a gem! The location is unbeatable: right next to two metro lines. Line 3 from Xianning Road Station takes you straight to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Tang Paradise, while Line 6 gets you to Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter in no time. Even if we took a cab, it was always just a short ride away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—when I came back late after a hair appointment, I casually asked if they had any makeup remover wipes, and they brought over individually packaged ones without hesitation. The room was spotless, clean, and so relaxing—after a full day of exploring, a hot shower completely recharged me for another day of sightseeing. Plus, the free laundry service was a huge plus for families. And when we checked out, they even gave our kids little gifts—such a thoughtful touch. This hotel truly stands out. We’ll definitely be booking here again on our next trip to Xi’an!

The hotel is incredibly well-located right next to the metro station, making it super easy to get around town, whether you're heading to Jiaotong University Xijing Hospital or exploring Changle Park. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm welcome and a cup of soothing ginger tea — such a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, ideal for unwinding after a long day. Rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with high-quality amenities — from premium toiletries to comfortable bedding. Staff are attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. If you're visiting Xi'an and want a relaxing, hassle-free base, this hotel is an excellent choice. Staying at Novotel Xi'an Xinxing was an absolutely delightful experience. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained—everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, whether traveling for business or leisure. The room itself was bright, airy, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Cleanliness stood out immediately—no corners were overlooked, and the entire space felt spotless and fresh. The staff truly went above and beyond. Front desk agent Xiao Liu was especially welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and personalized. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, always responding to needs without being intrusive. Located just steps from the Changle Park Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around the city, including easy access to Xijing Hospital. Excellent value for money and a great base for exploring Xi’an. I’ll definitely be returning.

Staying at Atour Hotel near Xijing Hospital and Hujiamiao Metro Station in Xi'an was an absolute delight. I loved the self-service laundry facility—easy to use and always available. What really stood out was the thoughtful touch: staff even helped wash my clothes one evening, which felt so kind and personal. The breakfast was fantastic—plenty of options, fresh, and delicious. From local favorites to international choices, there was something for everyone. The front desk team was friendly and helpful throughout.
