For the price, having this much room is incredible. My friend and I easily unpacked two large 28-inch suitcases, and there was still plenty of walking space between them. Unlike some cramped hotel rooms where you’re constantly bumping into furniture, this one feels airy and open. The layout is smart—furniture is well-placed, not cluttered. Plus, there’s a little seating area by the window perfect for unwinding with a view of the city. Honestly, this is one of the best value stays I’ve had in Hangzhou. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Staying at Grand Mercure Hangzhou Zijingang was an absolutely delightful experience. Staying at PI Hotel in Hangzhou was such a fun and memorable experience! Located right near Huanglong Sports Center, it’s super convenient to get around—just a short walk or quick metro ride away. The hotel is on the 15th floor with two levels, giving it a spacious and unique vibe. I loved the breakfast—huge variety, especially the dumplings and wontons, which were fresh and delicious. The room had a beautiful Japanese-style tatami design, very calming and cozy. Bonus: they offer free traditional outfits like kimonos and hanfu for guests to wear—perfect for taking cool photos with friends. We even got upgraded to a larger room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Clean environment, great staff, and amazing atmosphere. Definitely coming back—the value is unbeatable!
