After wrapping up my business trip, I decided to extend my stay over the weekend with my girlfriend. The hotel exceeded all expectations—comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere that made our little getaway feel truly special. Urumqi is full of incredible experiences, from delicious local food to vibrant culture, and we definitely couldn’t explore everything in just one visit. That’s why we chose to stay an extra three nights. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the entire experience was absolutely worth every moment. From the warm staff to the quiet, well-maintained environment, it’s no surprise this place earned a perfect 10/10. Huge thanks to the team for such a memorable stay—I’ll be back! Highly recommended.

Wanda Yuehua Hotel Urumqi Convention and Exhibition Center

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Urumqi, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. The location is perfect—right next to the convention center, so all my meetings were just a short walk away. With the cold weather in Xinjiang making outdoor travel uncomfortable, being able to avoid long walks was a huge plus. I arrived late at night, and the hotel even called to check on me—such a thoughtful touch! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. They also upgraded my room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying with good variety, and I appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available in the room. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the self-service laundry was a convenient bonus. Plus, the surrounding area has plenty of dining options and easy access to public transport. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Urumqi—highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

Urumqi Garden Hotel (Innovation Plaza)

Staying at Urumqi Garden Hotel (Innovation Plaza) was a decent experience overall. The location is very convenient—just a short subway ride from the city center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. While the price is on the higher side, I did receive a complimentary upgrade to a business suite, which offered ample space and a clean, modern layout. That said, the room didn’t feel significantly better than standard options—maybe my expectations were too high. Breakfast was average at best: limited choices and nothing particularly memorable in terms of taste or variety. Given the rate, I’d have expected a more impressive morning meal. Still, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel remains quiet and well-maintained. If you're visiting for a quick business trip or need a reliable base, this place works—but keep in mind that the value doesn’t quite match the premium pricing.

Rezen Select Coefon Urumqi Convention and Exhibition Center

Stayed here for a night and was thoroughly impressed! The room was spotless, modern, and well-maintained—perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I even made my own sandwich for breakfast using the in-room amenities like a microwave and kettle, which were super convenient. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk to the convention center and surrounded by great local eateries. Public transportation is easily accessible, making it simple to explore the city. Everything about this stay was top-notch, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Urumqi—it's a real gem!
