Stayed here during National Day holiday and couldn’t be happier! The location is perfect—super convenient for getting around the city with no traffic worries. Easy access to major attractions, and public transport is just a short walk away. The hotel is spotless, and the shoe-changing policy at entry might seem like a small hassle, but it shows how seriously they take cleanliness and hygiene. What truly made the stay special was the daily access to the hot springs—warm, soothing waters that helped me unwind completely. The traditional body scrub service was excellent, leaving me feeling refreshed and relaxed. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle.
