My stay at H Hotel (Xi'an Fengcheng 1st Road) was absolutely excellent—everything exceeded my expectations. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and even a smart speaker that worked flawlessly. Cleanliness stood out—bed linens were crisp, the bathroom was spotless with no lingering odors, and the floor gleamed like it had just been polished. The overall environment was neat and thoughtfully designed; the lobby and hallways felt fresh and inviting, with tasteful greenery adding a calming touch. Staff went above and beyond—they greeted me warmly, offered helpful tips on local transit, and even checked in on me before check-out to ensure everything was fine. Located right near the City Library Metro Station, getting around Xi’an was super convenient—just a short ride to the Bell Tower or Muslim Quarter. This hotel delivers exceptional value for the price. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Xi’an.

Y Hotel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower Muslim Street)

Staying at Y Hotel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower Muslim Street) was absolutely one of the best experiences during my trip to Xi'an. The room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly polite and attentive—so welcoming! Right outside the hotel, you're surrounded by amazing local street food, making dining a breeze. I even fell in love with the little cat living in the lobby—it’s adorable and so photogenic! Every front desk staff member was friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable—I slept like a baby all night long. The online photos matched reality perfectly, and the location is unbeatable: just steps away from major attractions like Bell and Drum Tower and the Muslim Quarter. Public transport access is also excellent, making it easy to explore the city. This stay truly exceeded my expectations—highly recommend for anyone visiting Xi'an!

Xi'an Guangcheng Hotel

This stay was absolutely fantastic! From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond—especially the front desk attendant, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave great local tips and even assisted with transportation arrangements, making our entire trip to Xi'an much smoother. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk from Xishao Men Metro Station and close to the airport bus stop, so getting around was super convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, but what really stood out was the indoor pool—it’s quiet, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. And the restaurant’s grilled dishes? Absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, great flavor, and worth trying if you’re here. With such excellent service, comfort, and value, I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Xi'an.

Shangri-La Xi'an

The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight: generous buffet with a great mix of local and international options, all fresh and well-prepared. What really stood out was how attentive the hotel team was when I accidentally left my phone behind after check-out. The manager promptly helped reissue my access card and even coordinated with housekeeping to retrieve my item—such thoughtful service that truly went above and beyond. Location is convenient, close to major attractions, and easy to reach via public transit. This level of care and comfort makes it a must-stay choice for any visit to Xi’an. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium yet personal experience.

Sheraton Xi‘an Hotel

This was my second stay at this Sheraton, and I’m already planning my next visit. The pool area is absolutely perfect—serene, well-maintained, and just right for a relaxing swim. The service continues to impress; staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive. It’s clear this hotel has built a strong reputation over the years, and it shows in every detail. I especially love the à la carte Chinese restaurant—two of the servers stood out with their warm smiles and attentive yet unobtrusive service. And the breakfast? Outstanding. Huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. Perfect start to the day. If you’re in Xi’an, this is definitely a top choice.

Courtyard by Marriott Xi'an North

We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel we’ll return to, and one we highly recommend to fellow travelers.
