While the clean and well-maintained room was expected, what truly stood out was the exceptional care shown by the front desk staff—specifically, Xiao Zhu. I accidentally left behind a keychain with a photo of my family—a handmade keepsake from my child—on the counter while rushing to catch my train after check-out. It wasn’t until I reached the station that I realized it was gone, and panic set in. That little keychain held more than just keys—it carried irreplaceable memories. I decided to reach out to the hotel, hoping for any help. To my surprise, Xiao Zhu answered right away, speaking with such calm kindness: "Don’t worry, we’ve kept it safe for you. Would you prefer to come back to pick it up, or should we send it via express delivery?" When she learned I’d already left the city, she immediately offered to ship it free of charge—using SF Express—and even took extra care to wrap it securely in bubble wrap to protect the photo. The next afternoon, the package arrived. Inside, everything was intact, and tucked beneath the keychain was a handwritten note: "Wishing you a smooth journey—may this cherished keychain continue to guard your safety." Just a small act, but it brought tears to my eyes. This experience reminded me that true hospitality isn’t about rules or protocols—it’s about genuine empathy, attention to detail, and treating guests like people, not transactions. Special shoutout to Xiao Ting at reception—her warm, friendly attitude made a big difference. She went above and beyond by helping me plan local attractions and answer travel questions with genuine care. The hotel is just steps away from Feangqing Park, offering a peaceful green space right outside the door. Plus, the metro station is literally around the corner, making it easy to reach North Railway Station within 30 minutes. For convenience, comfort, and excellent service, this place is a top pick. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an.

It felt personal and thoughtful. The hotel is spotless, every corner clean and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with just the right firmness in the mattress—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Hot water pressure was strong, temperature consistent, and showers were relaxing and efficient. Wi-Fi speed was blazing fast, ideal for remote work or video calls. Parking was hassle-free with ample space available—great for peace of mind. Located in a prime area, it's easy to get around by metro or taxi, and everything feels convenient. We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel we’ll return to, and one we highly recommend to fellow travelers.

The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. When I accidentally forgot my towel, they promptly brought a replacement without any delay.
