It’s perfectly quiet yet still central—ideal for both sightseeing and relaxation. The front desk staff were efficient and genuinely helpful, even setting up a service group to recommend nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the complimentary warm herbal teas available in the lobby—such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was stylish yet practical, cozy and spotlessly clean. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The smart room system made everything seamless—adjusting lights and curtains with one tap, while the shower delivered strong, consistent water flow. Bathroom amenities were high-quality and thoughtfully chosen. Breakfast offered a great mix of Western and local flavors, and the late-night snack option was a pleasant surprise. Their signature local rice noodles were authentic and delicious, and the coffee? Top-notch. I was also impressed by the excellent soundproofing—even though the room is on the ground floor, closing the door completely blocked out any lobby noise. Plus, having access to a laundry facility and a fully equipped fitness center made it perfect for both business travelers and leisure guests. Overall, the value for money is outstanding.
