It’s just one stop from Tianmu Li, which is perfect for a full day of exploring: art exhibitions, shopping, great cafes, and Instagram-worthy architecture and nature shots. A few stops further, you can visit Zhejiang University, wetlands, or botanical gardens—all within easy reach. And if you want to head into downtown, it’s only six stops away. Super convenient! The hotel is on the 15th floor with two levels, giving it a spacious and unique vibe. I loved the breakfast—huge variety, especially the dumplings and wontons, which were fresh and delicious. The room had a beautiful Japanese-style tatami design, very calming and cozy. Bonus: they offer free traditional outfits like kimonos and hanfu for guests to wear—perfect for taking cool photos with friends. We even got upgraded to a larger room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Clean environment, great staff, and amazing atmosphere. Definitely coming back—the value is unbeatable!

The room layout is smart and spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable—I slept like a baby. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the sweet potato—it was deliciously soft and naturally sweet. I couldn’t help but ask the owner where they source it from—had to laugh at my own curiosity! It’s clear they put real care into every detail. Located just a short walk from Xiangjisi Metro Station, it’s super convenient for exploring Hangzhou. A true gem with great value and a cozy, authentic feel.

He even upgraded me to a better room at no extra cost, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed with a creative touch, and every amenity worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The hotel is quiet and serene, tucked away in a peaceful area yet still close enough to explore the nearby attractions like West Lake via public transit. It’s an ideal choice for both business trips and leisure stays. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and colleagues.

SSAW Boutique Hotel Hangzhou Xixi Park

Staying at Hangzhou Xixi Park SAWA Boutique Hotel was an absolute delight. Located right on Xixi Road, the hotel is incredibly convenient—just an 8-minute drive from Lingyin Temple and Huanglong Commercial Area. The rooms are wonderfully quiet, with excellent soundproofing that makes it easy to relax and sleep peacefully. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the room layout feels thoughtful and spacious. I especially loved the large, bright bathroom with modern amenities and the beautiful wooden flooring that adds warmth and character to the space. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse and fresh, offering both Western and Chinese options, all prepared right in front of you. It’s rare to find such quality and variety in a boutique hotel. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, location, and a touch of elegance.

I was a bit nervous before my trip after reading so many reviews, and originally planned to book two rooms—luckily, I only ended up securing one. Still, I decided to give it a try and called the reservations team. I was connected with Miss Shao Linyang, who was incredibly helpful. Even though we couldn’t secure an additional room, she followed up promptly and made sure every step was communicated clearly. To my surprise, she upgraded my room and even left fresh fruit upon arrival. When I mentioned I’d be traveling with a child, she proactively arranged kid-friendly amenities, and the room came equipped with a mini-bar—thoughtful touches that really stood out. As a long-standing five-star property, the service level is consistently excellent. The location is unbeatable—right next to Wulin Night Market, and just a 10-minute walk to West Lake. On days when traffic restrictions made taxis hard to find, walking became the easiest option. Breakfast was generous in both variety and quality. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Miss Shao for her professionalism and warm hospitality—it truly made all the difference.

Feng Qi Chao Ming·The Dragon

Staying at this hotel in the heart of Hangzhou was an absolute delight. Just a short walk from West Lake, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring the city without hassle. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable—bed was cozy, and I slept like a baby. Check-in was quick and friendly, with staff going the extra mile to explain all the room amenities. The 18th-floor pool and gym are fantastic—great views, well-maintained, and super convenient. Breakfast was outstanding: a wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and attentive service. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. This was one of the best stays I’ve had in China—excellent value, great location, and top-tier hospitality. I’d definitely come back if I ever visit Hangzhou again.
