The elevator ran smoothly and quickly, no waiting around. Breakfast was a highlight—wide variety of options, from traditional Chinese breakfast staples to Western-style choices, so there was something for everyone. Plus, there are convenient shuttle buses from IFS to popular spots like the Panda Base, Sanxingdui, and Tianfu Airport. While the public areas aren’t huge, they’re thoughtfully designed—compact but stylish and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread was generous with a great variety of choices. Clean, comfortable, and well-located—this hotel offers excellent value. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Chengdu.

I came to Chengdu for the table tennis mixed team competition and stayed at the same hotel as last year. Right downstairs, there are plenty of local eateries and street food options, so dining out is a breeze. I was also happy to find that luggage storage is available after check-out—perfect for travelers with late departures or connecting trips. When I casually mentioned wanting to visit Wenshu Monastery the next day, I returned to find a handwritten route guide waiting in my room—complete with bus transfer times and tips. The location is excellent—just a short ride from Chunxi Plaza and Yulin Road, making it perfect for exploring the city. The family suite was spacious and comfortable, ideal for traveling with kids. One of the highlights was the robot delivery service for takeout—no need to leave the room, which was incredibly convenient. The laundry service stood out too: just leave your clothes with a note, and they’re returned dried and ready to go. Even better, the laundry room offers four specialized detergents: regular disinfectant, general antibacterial, underwear-specific, and child-safe formulas—so thoughtful! Staff were attentive and friendly throughout. I especially want to commend the front desk attendant on the night of the 29th. When our automatic curtain malfunctioned, my husband assumed it wouldn’t be fixed overnight. But she responded immediately, brought a small umbrella, and quickly resolved the issue—truly impressive initiative. My only minor suggestion: please ensure air conditioning units are checked and pre-cooled before arrival to avoid any odd smells when first turned on, as that can slightly affect comfort. Overall, this was an outstanding experience with exceptional attention to detail.
