During my stay from the 13th to 15th, I was pleasantly surprised by a sweet little gift: two adorable panda plushies and two matching panda-themed tote bags. Whether you're heading to Chengdu East Railway Station, Chunxi Road, or Dongjiao Memory, everything is within easy reach. If you're arriving with heavy luggage from the train station, a taxi costs around ¥10, or you can take bus line 80 directly to the hotel entrance—no hassle at all. On concert day, there’s usually a dedicated shuttle bus (Dong’an Lake Event Special Line) running from across the metro station straight to the venue, and a return shuttle after the show brings you back to Yinghui Road. Perfect for late-night departures! The area around the hotel is full of local restaurants and Sichuan hotpot spots—great for grabbing a bite after the concert. The room itself was just the right size: spacious enough to unpack a large suitcase without feeling cramped. But what really stood out was the service. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and professional—always greeting guests with a smile. My floor happened to have some painting work going on, and the night shift staff proactively informed me about it and offered to switch rooms (I declined since my room had no smell), but they followed up the next morning to check if everything was okay. They also helped me receive several packages during my stay—double-checked details patiently, even asked if I wanted help carrying them up.
