Special shoutout to Xiao Ya and Xiao Gou—they upgraded our room without hesitation, arranged a late check-out, and even gave us a cute souvenir: a Sanxingdui-themed fridge magnet. Staying at Dorsett Chengdu (Chunxi Road & Wenshu Temple Branch) was an absolute pleasure. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the metro station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're here for business or leisure. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Zhang and Manager Mao, were warm, professional, and efficient during check-in. Room assignment by Manager Zhou was spot-on—quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience stand out. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtfully handled. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu—highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Grand Hyatt Chengdu (Chunxi Road Taikoo Li)

Staying at Grand Hyatt Chengdu (Chunxi Road Taikoo Li) was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service—especially the kids who were instantly charmed by the welcoming atmosphere. Our family suite was spacious and beautifully appointed, and we were pleasantly surprised that an extra bed was already set up in advance—perfect for our family of four, ensuring everyone slept comfortably. The location is unbeatable: right next to Taikoo Li, with endless dining options, shopping boutiques, and attractions just steps away. Public transport access is seamless, and getting around the city couldn’t be easier. Parking was convenient, and even better—our food delivery was brought straight to our room without any hassle. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines luxury, thoughtfulness, and convenience so perfectly. This place truly earns repeat visits. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu

Staying at The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu was an overall delightful experience. While the morning breakfast area felt slightly chilly with inadequate warm airflow from the air conditioning, and the bed could’ve used a bit more plushness—though it was still very comfortable—I didn’t feel any urge to switch rooms or check out. The overhead showerhead seemed to need descaling, but again, it didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast offerings were solid, though the pastries leaned on the sweeter side, and the freshly squeezed juice wasn’t prepared in front of guests—leading me to wonder if it was truly fresh or pre-made (it did show slight separation). I also missed seeing small wontons on the menu, but these minor points don’t overshadow the bigger picture. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are top-notch. This is definitely a hotel worth considering for future visits—no regrets, just a strong desire to come back.
