Our stay at Somerset Xindicheng Xi'an was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The moment we arrived, staff greeted us warmly and even helped carry our luggage—so welcoming! The front desk team went above and beyond by gifting our elderly parents a pair of herbal massage mallets, which they loved so much they asked for another the next day. When one of our parents wasn’t feeling well, the team kindly allowed us to take breakfast back to the room—such thoughtful flexibility.
