The front desk team went above and beyond by gifting our elderly parents a pair of herbal massage mallets, which they loved so much they asked for another the next day. When one of our parents wasn’t feeling well, the team kindly allowed us to take breakfast back to the room—such thoughtful flexibility. Housekeeping staff always smiled and said hello, making us feel truly at home. The pool is exceptional—crystal-clear water with perfect temperature, far better than many other hotels we’ve stayed in. The lobby area offers free hot towels, tea, coffee, and light pastries, making it a cozy spot to unwind. I especially appreciated the late-night noodle service—delicious and satisfying after a long day. The room itself was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with all amenities well-maintained. I loved the variety of two different flavored coffee pods, and the bathrobe came as a full two-piece set, neatly stored in a protective cover inside the closet—really shows attention to cleanliness and detail. Breakfast was outstanding: abundant, fresh, and delicious. I did laundry during my stay, left a note with a smiley face, and the next morning, my clothes were already perfectly dried and returned—such a nice personal touch! Also, there’s bottled water available at the elevator entrance, which you can take with you—simple but incredibly convenient. Every little thing here feels intentional and guest-focused. My room had a fantastic view, offering a peaceful outlook of greenery during the day and soft city lights at night—perfect for unwinding. The room itself felt luxurious and thoughtfully equipped: the mattress and pillows provided excellent support, and I slept deeply all night without any disruptions. Every public area was immaculately clean, with tasteful indoor plants like orchids adding a natural touch. The staff, especially Xiao Shi, went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. This stay completely changed my perception of business and leisure hotels. Meidao Hotel (Xi'an Keji Road Subway Station Branch)

Staying at Meidao Hotel (Xi'an Keji Road Subway Station Branch) was an absolute delight. The room was incredibly quiet, making it a peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive—especially front desk agents Yueyue and Mengling, who were warm, helpful, and always ready to share local tips and recommendations. One highlight was the Jiangsu-Zhejiang seafood restaurant on the 4th floor. We ordered room service for two meals, and it was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It felt like dining in a high-end restaurant without leaving the hotel. With great value, excellent service, and convenient access to the subway station, this place is a standout choice. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Xi'an.

SECRET GARDEN HOTEL

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right next to a bustling shopping district, making it super easy to explore local nightlife and grab some late-night street food just a short walk away. The lobby is spacious and beautifully designed, instantly giving you a welcoming and relaxed vibe the moment you step in. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Shi and Xiao Du, were incredibly helpful and friendly—they went above and beyond to assist with recommendations and local tips, making our trip much more enjoyable. Clean rooms, excellent service, and a great atmosphere all make this a top choice for anyone visiting Xi'an. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!
