Our stay at Somerset Xindicheng Xi'an was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The moment we arrived, staff greeted us warmly and even helped carry our luggage—so welcoming! The front desk team went above and beyond by gifting our elderly parents a pair of herbal massage mallets, which they loved so much they asked for another the next day. When one of our parents wasn’t feeling well, the team kindly allowed us to take breakfast back to the room—such thoughtful flexibility. Housekeeping staff always smiled and said hello, making us feel truly at home. The pool is exceptional—crystal-clear water with perfect temperature, far better than many other hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s definitely a must-visit spot. The fitness center is top-notch, equipped with modern machines, plus there’s a sauna, table tennis, and even snooker—a fantastic bonus for relaxation and fun. We traveled with our parents in their 80s, and the staff were incredibly attentive and considerate throughout. The option to request an extra bed made the space even more comfortable for family travel. Our room was spacious and fully equipped with kitchenware and a washing machine—perfect for longer stays. We’ve stayed here before and this visit only confirmed why we keep coming back. I was originally planning to stay at a different e-sports hostel, but after experiencing Yibo E-sports Hotel, I can confidently say this one is far superior. The previous place had a strong and unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. In contrast, this hotel offers a clean, modern, and well-maintained environment with professional front desk service—something you really appreciate when traveling. It's also incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Jixiangcun Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are equipped with great gaming setups and fast internet, perfect for both work and play. The overall value is excellent, and I’d absolutely return next time I’m in Xi’an. The room was spacious with excellent heating, and both the living and bedroom TVs supported screen mirroring. The capsule coffee was rich and delicious, perfect for a relaxing evening. After soaking in the bathtub while watching TV, I headed up to the 5th floor gym—clean facilities, a well-maintained pool, and even a massage tub in the changing area. The hotel is walking distance to Yonghui Supermarket and Kaidi Plaza, making shopping incredibly convenient. Best of all? Food delivery arrives via robot—so futuristic and efficient!
