The front desk staff was incredibly attentive and professional—she asked about my relationship with my teenage daughter due to mismatched ID addresses, and later confirmed with her mother that she was aware of the trip. This level of safety awareness is truly commendable. Also appreciated the thoughtful details like the soft corner guards on the glass doors, which made me feel much more at ease, especially with a young traveler in tow. The location near OCT Loft is vibrant and walkable, with easy access to local eateries and transport. For its comfort, attention to detail, and warm hospitality, this hotel offers outstanding value.
