The hotel feels fresh and modern, with clean, well-designed rooms and top-notch amenities throughout. The staff truly stood out—especially front desk agent Xiao Fan, who was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. He even arranged a special birthday longevity noodle meal for me through the kitchen, which was such a thoughtful touch. The surrounding area is vibrant and full of dining options, especially if you're looking to explore Wuyuan in the evening. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and personalized service. A standout stay in Shenzhen.

I chose this hotel for my business trip, even though it's a bit farther from the main area, and I'm genuinely impressed by how much better than expected the experience was. The staff member Yangyang was incredibly attentive and patient throughout check-in—everything went smoothly and quickly without any delays. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so grabbing a meal was super convenient no matter what kind of food I wanted. What truly surprised me was the second-floor library and lounge area—perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. Just sitting there with a book or a coffee, soaking in the calm atmosphere, felt like a real treat. The whole stay was exceptional, and I’ll definitely be returning here on my next visit to Shenzhen.
