The location is unbeatable—just across the street from Window of the World, and directly connected to a large shopping mall, so you can stroll through stores without stepping outside. Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. Staying at Raffles Shenzhen was an absolute highlight of my trip to Shenzhen. The room was spacious with a stunning 270-degree floor-to-ceiling window offering breathtaking views of the Shenzhen Bay skyline—perfect for watching the sunset or enjoying the city lights at night. It’s also incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was exceptional—wide variety and delicious quality. I especially loved the truffle-infused poached egg; it was rich, creamy, and unforgettable. There were plenty of other egg preparations too, all well-executed.
