Staying at Green in Hotel was such a delightful experience—feels like a home away from home with plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well through the night. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or arrangements. What stands out is how convenient the location is: just a 5-minute walk to Sam’s Club and Indigo Mall, where you can grab dinner, shop, or enjoy some entertainment. Nearby attractions like MixC and Window of the World are also easily accessible by car. My kids absolutely loved the loft-style layout—it felt like a mini adventure for them! It’s rare to find a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and family-friendly features all in one. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan

Staying at The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan was an absolutely outstanding experience. The location is unbeatable—just across the street from Window of the World, and directly connected to a large shopping mall, so you can stroll through stores without stepping outside. Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable: right next to K11 Ocean World, where you can enjoy shopping, art installations, and stunning waterfront views. It’s perfect for a relaxing stroll or catching that golden hour shot — seriously Instagram-worthy. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy, with a great bed that ensured a restful night. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

From the view to the food to the staff, everything felt premium and thoughtfully curated. If you're visiting Shenzhen Bay, this hotel is absolutely worth considering—it truly delivers on both scenery and hospitality.

We had a minor issue with our initial room booking, but the front desk staff immediately upgraded us to a superior executive twin room—such a thoughtful gesture! The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and sophisticated, with meticulous attention to detail in the interior design. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window overlooking the mountains and sea is absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was exceptional—plenty of variety and delicious quality. Overall, our second night was incredibly satisfying. The service, comfort, and scenery made this stay truly memorable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation.

We stayed at Atour X Hotel Futian Chegong Temple in Shenzhen for just one night with our two young kids, and it turned out to be a perfect family getaway. We could grab dinner, shop, or simply relax with the kids without having to travel far. When they got tired, we could head back to the room easily—such a relief when traveling with little ones. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they noticed we had children right away—they kindly asked if we needed any baby supplies and offered assistance with a warm smile. The hotel’s design stands out: modern, minimalist, and full of artistic touches. The lobby and rooms felt thoughtfully curated, creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere that both adults and kids enjoyed. To our delight, the team even gave each child a small, sweet gift upon check-out—it brought big smiles and made us feel truly appreciated.
