Stayed at Tata Apartment (Shenzhen Binhe Shidai) and was truly impressed. Located just a short walk from Exit B of Xia Sha Station on Line 9, the hotel offers excellent access to public transit—perfect for getting around Shenzhen. Right on the ground floor is KK One Mall, where you’ll find everything from Starbucks and Fei Da Chu to Lao Beijing Wonton and Haidilao. No need to go far for great food. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with a washing machine, fridge, and a private balcony—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff, especially Tingting at reception, were warm, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Overall, this place delivers amazing value and comfort. Highly recommend for travelers looking for convenience, quality, and a homely vibe.

This hotel is an absolute gem with incredible value for money. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s just steps away from KKONE Mall and Zhongwanzhou Shopping Center—perfect for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The location is easy to find despite being in such a bustling area, and it feels surprisingly quiet and peaceful. My room had stunning city views, was brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with modern touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable—just the right firmness—and the bedding was soft and cozy, making for a restful night's sleep. The staff at the front desk were friendly, attentive, and helpful without being overbearing. From check-in to check-out, every detail felt thoughtfully considered. The location is excellent: just a short walk from Xia Sha Metro Station, with two major shopping malls—KK One and CFuture City—right nearby. The location is unbeatable—just across the street from Window of the World, and directly connected to a large shopping mall, so you can stroll through stores without stepping outside. Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

We had a minor issue with our initial room booking, but the front desk staff immediately upgraded us to a superior executive twin room—such a thoughtful gesture!
