This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a modern, smart-feeling vibe. The room had plenty of power outlets that all worked perfectly—something I always appreciate. The bed was just right—not too soft, not too firm—by far the most comfortable sleep I’ve had in a hotel recently. The underfloor heating is gentle and adjustable, which is great for cooler evenings. There’s a full-length mirror and multiple mirrors throughout, perfect for travelers who need to freshen up or do makeup. The TV being able to cast content from my phone was such a nice touch—so many hotels have TVs that are basically useless. Best of all? You can see the sea right outside your door. Watching sunrise and sunset from the window was magical. It’s also close to beach attractions and super convenient for public transport. The only downside is slightly thin walls—noise from adjacent rooms comes through, but it’s manageable. Ordering food delivery took a bit longer, probably due to peak hours, but still worth it. Overall, this place nailed everything. If I come back to Qingdao, I’d definitely book the sea view room again—perfect for unwinding with a cup of tea while watching the waves.

Stayed at HanTing Hotel (Qingdao Zhanqiao Zhongshan Road) during a three-day trip from Yancheng to Qingdao, and it was an excellent choice. The breakfast spread was surprisingly diverse, and I highly recommend the zhajiangmian—it was delicious and authentic, definitely a highlight of my stay. Upon check-in, the front desk staff even gifted me a bottle of Laoshan soda, a local favorite, and handed me another one when I checked out—such a thoughtful touch! The room facilities were well-maintained and fully equipped, and everything felt spotlessly clean, with no stains on the linens or bedding. Staff were friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any request promptly. Located just steps away from Zhanqiao Pier and Zhongshan Road, getting around the city by subway was super convenient. This place offers great value for money, and I’d definitely come back again.

This was my first visit to Qingdao, and staying at the Manxin Hotel near Zhanqiao Railway Station made all the difference. The rooftop terrace is an absolute highlight—it’s incredibly photogenic, especially during sunset when the lighting creates stunning shots. I must give a special shoutout to Xiao Jie at the front desk: he went above and beyond with his warm and thoughtful service. He upgraded our room without hesitation, even though we booked a non-breakfast option, and took the time to recommend local activities tailored to our interests. He also handed us a small farewell gift before check-out—such a sweet touch! This hotel truly exceeded expectations, and thanks to Xiao Jie’s exceptional hospitality, this trip felt personal and memorable. I’d highly recommend this place to any traveler visiting Qingdao.

The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from Qingdao Railway Station, making my early morning high-speed train departure stress-free. I arrived late and still got checked in quickly and smoothly thanks to the friendly front desk staff who were attentive and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere perfect for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding—plenty of variety and excellent quality, especially the wontons. Every single one had a full shrimp inside, tender and flavorful. It’s clear they take pride in their food. I’ll definitely be returning for my next business trip. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Atour Hotel Qingdao Zhanqiao Ocean View

We arrived on the 1st and were immediately upgraded to a second-floor room upon check-in—such a nice surprise! The room came with a mini-fridge stocked with plenty of drinks, including green tea, coffee, and soda—perfect for staying refreshed. There were two pillow options, so I could choose what worked best for me. The sofa was a great touch, making it easy to relax or work from the room. My favorite part was definitely the dining area, which offered stunning views of the ocean—great for breakfast or a quiet drink. The only minor downside was slightly thin walls—some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard, but honestly, that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Great value, excellent location, and super friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Jinhai Hotel

Staying at this long-established foreign-friendly hotel was a real pleasure. The facilities are comprehensive, the staff are attentive and genuinely warm, and the room was beautifully heated—perfect for a chilly day. If anything was missing, they promptly replenished it without hesitation. Special shoutout to Xiao Zhu and Xiao Chen—they were so friendly and professional, making our stay feel personal and comfortable. The location is excellent: just a short walk from the subway, and the view from the window is stunning—right onto the historic church and the lively streets of Zhongshan Road. It’s such a charming spot for photos or simply relaxing with a cup of tea. One small suggestion: could the breakfast include fresh soy milk? The machine used today didn’t work properly, and the resulting brew lacked quality. Otherwise, everything else was top-notch. This place truly delivers great value, and I’ll definitely be returning when I come back to Qingdao.

Gongshe Hotel

Stayed in Qingdao twice now, and the attic family room was absolutely fantastic! The German-style design is charming and unique, and the bed—1.8 meters plus 1.2 meters—is huge enough for both my child and me without any fear of being kicked during the night. Cleanliness was top-notch; from the moment we walked in, everything felt spotless, even the bathroom had no traces of dirt. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—every time they saw my kid, they’d call out 'sweetie' with such genuine affection, I swear my son nearly forgot his own name laughing! Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a 10-minute walk to the Zhanqiao Pier, Catholic Church, and the bustling pedestrian street. Public transport access is also excellent if you want to explore further. For the quality, price, and experience, this place is a real gem. Definitely coming back next time!

Breakfast featured a delicious seafood noodle dish and flavorful wild wontons—both were excellent. Afternoon tea with coffee and Lao Shan tea was perfect for recharging. In the evening, a refreshing cocktail capped off the day beautifully. Everything about this hotel impressed me: hygiene, facilities, service, and overall experience. It’s located in a prime spot—just steps away from Zhongshan Road and Zhanqiao Pier, making it easy to explore the city.
