They didn’t just handle check-in efficiently — they went above and beyond by sharing local gems like authentic Northeastern cuisine, tips on visiting the Siberian tiger exhibit, and even recommended scenic running routes along the Songhua River. At The Ritz-Carlton, they take care of it all upfront, which made my stay so much smoother. And then there’s David, my personal concierge—extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He recommended Sakura Terrace, a Japanese restaurant that perfectly matched my partner’s taste. The owner actually mentioned he was grateful for the recommendation from the hotel, which speaks volumes about their local partnerships. I booked through the platform because the Marriott app didn’t suit my style, but regardless of booking channel, The Ritz-Carlton remains the gold standard in luxury hospitality.
