A special mention goes to Mr. Wang Jingwen and Mr. Xu Shengchao from the front desk. From the moment we arrived, their friendly smiles and welcoming attitude made us feel at home. They didn’t just handle check-in efficiently — they went above and beyond by sharing local gems like authentic Northeastern cuisine, tips on visiting the Siberian tiger exhibit, and even recommended scenic running routes along the Songhua River. Their knowledge and personal touch instantly made us feel connected to the city, not just as guests but as visitors welcomed with heart.
The dining team also stood out, especially Ms. Wang Jinxia. During busy mealtimes, she remained calm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her thoughtful recommendations brought each meal to life, turning every bite into a delightful experience.
Our room was cozy and thoughtfully designed, offering panoramic views of the city. Staying in the Executive Lounge was a real highlight — sipping tea while gazing out at the dazzling night lights of the North Bank Ice and Snow World and the serene riverside scenery, all within walking distance of key attractions. The location couldn’t be better, and the lounge offered a peaceful retreat with a touch of elegance.
