Staying at Wanda Realm Harbin was an absolutely delightful experience. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, with a fantastic view that made the stay even more enjoyable—especially in the evening when the city lights sparkled outside the window. The location is unbeatable; everything from major attractions to dining and shopping options is just a short walk away, making exploration effortless. I especially want to thank front desk staff Xiao Yang for her warm hospitality and helpfulness—she went above and beyond to assist me with travel tips and recommendations, and her friendly demeanor really made the visit memorable. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall service quality are top-notch. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort, and I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Harbin. Highly recommended!

The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin

This trip, I stayed at several hotels in Harbin including Shangri-La, Crown Plaza, 1903 Central Street, and Westin—but The Ritz-Carlton truly stood out as the best. First off, breakfast in the executive lounge was a game-changer: quiet, private, and hassle-free. Unlike other hotels where you’re forced to join crowded dining areas or even queue for breakfast, here everything felt calm and seamless. Even at the same price point, most properties don’t proactively explain room amenities or benefits—some guests end up missing perks because staff forget to apply them. At The Ritz-Carlton, they take care of it all upfront, which made my stay so much smoother. And then there’s David, my personal concierge—extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He recommended Sakura Terrace, a Japanese restaurant that perfectly matched my partner’s taste. The owner actually mentioned he was grateful for the recommendation from the hotel, which speaks volumes about their local partnerships. I booked through the platform because the Marriott app didn’t suit my style, but regardless of booking channel, The Ritz-Carlton remains the gold standard in luxury hospitality.

Xueli Hotel (Harbin West High-speed Railway Station Wanda Plaza)

Staying at Xueli Hotel was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a short walk from Harbin West Railway Station, and the metro exit leads straight to the hotel. Right next door is a large shopping mall, with Wanda Plaza just steps away, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring. The hotel itself feels luxurious and immaculately clean—every detail shows care. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk upgraded my room at no extra cost, and they even handed me a cute little souvenir as a token of welcome. It’s clear they value guest experience. I’ll definitely be back here on my next visit to Harbin—it’s a top choice for comfort, convenience, and great service.

TRUE GO Hotel (Harbin Railway West Station Wanda Plaza)

Stayed here for two nights and couldn’t be happier! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly quiet—great soundproofing made for a peaceful night’s sleep. After visiting the snow village, I immediately chose to come back to this hotel because both my kids loved it. There was plenty of room for our outdoor gear, with dedicated storage space so nothing took over the room. The staff, especially Xiao Huang and Xiao Qiu, were incredibly warm and welcoming—always smiling, polite, and attentive. It’s clear they care about guest experience. This is definitely a top pick for me now, and I’ll absolutely recommend it to friends. A fantastic stay overall!

Rezen Dong Hotel (Harbin West Railway Station, Wanda Plaza)

I’ve been following my friend’s recommendation for every business trip, and finally got to stay here myself—truly exceeded expectations. This is hands down the best choice for work travel. Just a 10-15 minute walk from Harbin West Railway Station, no need to take a taxi or shuttle—perfect for early check-ins and late departures. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, with smiles that make you feel at home. While the room furnishings show a bit of age, cleanliness is spot-on—bedding is fresh, the bathroom is tidy, and everything feels well-maintained. Location-wise, it’s ideal: close to both the train station and Wanda Plaza, so dining, shopping, and getting around are super convenient. It’s not just a place to sleep—it’s a comfortable, hassle-free base for any visit to Harbin. I’ll definitely be back.
