The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral, making it super convenient for sightseeing. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail—the space felt fresh, odor-free, and well-maintained. The DeRUCCI mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows provided just the right support for a restful night’s sleep. What really stood out was the free evening milk offered each night—it’s such a thoughtful touch that made me feel cared for. Hot water pressure was excellent, so I never had to worry about lukewarm showers. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Overall, this was an exceptional stay—well worth every penny. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Harbin.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a subtle, pleasant aroma that set the tone for a memorable stay. The hotel’s design is thoughtful and distinctive—every detail feels intentional, especially during the Christmas season when the decor creates such a warm, festive atmosphere. I loved how the lobby offered complimentary drinks and snacks, plus they even had traditional Northeast Chinese cotton coats available for photo ops—so much fun! Breakfast was a highlight: a great mix of Western and local favorites, and the noodle cook was incredibly kind and attentive. Best of all, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to Harbin West Railway Station—just book in advance. My bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. This place truly stands out for its charm, attention to detail, and hospitality. Definitely worth returning.

Manju Hotel (Harbin West Railway Station Wanda)

What really stood out? Free bottled water in the room—plus hot water, tea bags, and all the little touches that show they care. It’s clear they prioritize guest comfort. Public transportation is super convenient too; getting around town or heading to Wanda Plaza is a breeze. And kudos to Manager Dong—he was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. If I’m ever back in Harbin, this will be my first choice. Jinjue Boutique Hotel (Harbin Haxi Wanda Plaza)

Staying at Jinjue Boutique Hotel for four nights was an absolute highlight of my trip across China—visiting Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhangjiajie, Changsha, Harbin, Yanji, Changbai Mountain, and Xuegu. This hotel’s front desk service stands out as the best among all I’ve experienced. Every staff member went above and beyond—helping carry heavy luggage upon check-in and even offering assistance during check-out, especially when Guo from the front desk personally helped me with my bags. Yan from the front desk was equally warm and professional. The housekeeping staff, Auntie Yan, was also incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The room itself is spacious with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Hot showers were excellent, and the convenience of having two washing machines and two dryers on our floor made laundry stress-free—ideal for longer stays. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and I highly recommend checking out 'Yuanxiangju,' a local noodle and soup bun restaurant just steps away. The owner is welcoming, the food is delicious, and prices are very reasonable—try their soup buns and hand-pulled noodles! Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value, outstanding hospitality, and a home-like atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever visit Harbin again.

The bed was incredibly comfortable—soft yet supportive, helping me fall asleep quickly and enjoy deep, restful sleep. Hot water came out fast and in generous volume, making for a relaxing shower every time. The room temperature is consistently maintained at a pleasant 24°C, which felt just right throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight—especially the local Northeastern sausages, which were rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff was super friendly and even gave me a personal recommendation for a nearby restaurant, Cai Gen Xiang Home-style Cuisine. It’s just a short walk away, easy to find, and the food was authentic and satisfying. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be better—it’s directly across from Harbin West Railway Station, only a 10-minute walk away, with lovely street views along the way. Behind the hotel is a cozy alley full of local eateries—affordable, authentic, and perfect for a casual bite. Plus, it’s close to a metro station, making trips to places like the 731 Memorial just a 40-minute ride. A special mention goes to Mr. Wang Jingwen and Mr. Xu Shengchao from the front desk. From the moment we arrived, their friendly smiles and welcoming attitude made us feel at home. They didn’t just handle check-in efficiently — they went above and beyond by sharing local gems like authentic Northeastern cuisine, tips on visiting the Siberian tiger exhibit, and even recommended scenic running routes along the Songhua River. Their knowledge and personal touch instantly made us feel connected to the city, not just as guests but as visitors welcomed with heart. The dining team also stood out, especially Ms. Wang Jinxia. During busy mealtimes, she remained calm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her thoughtful recommendations brought each meal to life, turning every bite into a delightful experience. Staying in the Executive Lounge was a real highlight — sipping tea while gazing out at the dazzling night lights of the North Bank Ice and Snow World and the serene riverside scenery, all within walking distance of key attractions. The location couldn’t be better, and the lounge offered a peaceful retreat with a touch of elegance. Truth be told, we picked this hotel because of a friend’s strong recommendation — and now we understand why. Shangri-La isn’t just a trusted name for travelers; it’s a brand that feels deeply rooted in the community, respected and cherished locally.
