Stayed here for two nights and couldn’t be happier! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly quiet—great soundproofing made for a peaceful night’s sleep. After visiting the snow village, I immediately chose to come back to this hotel because both my kids loved it. There was plenty of room for our outdoor gear, with dedicated storage space so nothing took over the room. The staff, especially Xiao Huang and Xiao Qiu, were incredibly warm and welcoming—always smiling, polite, and attentive. It’s clear they care about guest experience. This is definitely a top pick for me now, and I’ll absolutely recommend it to friends. A fantastic stay overall!

Location-wise, it’s ideal: close to both the train station and Wanda Plaza, so dining, shopping, and getting around are super convenient. The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral, making it super convenient for sightseeing. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail—the space felt fresh, odor-free, and well-maintained. The DeRUCCI mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows provided just the right support for a restful night’s sleep. What really stood out was the free evening milk offered each night—it’s such a thoughtful touch that made me feel cared for. Hot water pressure was excellent, so I never had to worry about lukewarm showers. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The heating system was excellent—room stayed cozy throughout the winter chill, and the sunlight streaming through the windows made it feel so inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Breakfast was fantastic—especially appreciated how one of the staff members noticed I wasn’t into Western-style breakfasts and personally made me a steaming bowl of egg drop soup. It was such a personal and heartwarming gesture. Location is great, clean, well-maintained, and the service truly goes above and beyond. Definitely coming back.

The real magic happens with the hotel’s unique theme: real polar bears and penguins! Even as a 300-month-old 'big kid,' I had so much fun joining in the activities. The staff were incredibly friendly—the cute girl even handed me a scratch card, which added a nice surprise touch. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the iconic Sun Island Snowman. You won’t see polar bears from your room, but they’re frequently spotted in the hallways and restaurant areas, making it exciting for little ones. Morning sessions with the mischievous ‘school-skipping’ penguin include fun educational moments that kids love. (Just kidding—if your child hasn’t finished their homework, maybe don’t bring them… or risk getting a playful lecture!) I’ve always had a soft spot for Wyndham hotels, and this trip with my kids was no exception—I knew I wanted to stay at one again.
