The hotel is on the 15th floor with two levels, giving it a spacious and unique vibe. I loved the breakfast—huge variety, especially the dumplings and wontons, which were fresh and delicious. The room had a beautiful Japanese-style tatami design, very calming and cozy. Bonus: they offer free traditional outfits like kimonos and hanfu for guests to wear—perfect for taking cool photos with friends. I’ve stayed at many business hotels, but this one truly stands out. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive—always smiling, ready to help with anything, and genuinely caring. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the essentials you’d expect from a quality urban stay. Cleanliness and comfort were top-notch; even the bedding felt luxurious. The location is excellent—just a short metro ride to the city center, making it perfect for both work trips and exploring nearby attractions. What impressed me most was the value for money—this hotel delivers far more than its price suggests. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to colleagues and friends who visit Hangzhou.
