Staying at PI Hotel in Hangzhou was such a fun and memorable experience! Located right near Huanglong Sports Center, it’s super convenient to get around—just a short walk or quick metro ride away. The hotel is on the 15th floor with two levels, giving it a spacious and unique vibe. I loved the breakfast—huge variety, especially the dumplings and wontons, which were fresh and delicious. The room had a beautiful Japanese-style tatami design, very calming and cozy. Bonus: they offer free traditional outfits like kimonos and hanfu for guests to wear—perfect for taking cool photos with friends. We even got upgraded to a larger room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Clean environment, great staff, and amazing atmosphere. Definitely coming back—the value is unbeatable!

Right outside the door, there's Yunshuiyao serving delicious Yunnan cuisine, and just across the alley is a cozy red-themed bar that stays open late—perfect for evening vibes. Across the street, the night market buzzes with energy; wander around, grab snacks, then head back to the peaceful courtyard when you're tired. The ground floor has a spacious living area and a well-equipped bathroom, while the second-floor attic room offers plenty of room and excellent air conditioning. There’s even a tiny balcony overlooking the inner garden, where lush greenery creates a serene atmosphere. Breakfast is thoughtfully customized—one portion per guest, no waste, just fresh and satisfying. If you're driving, parking at Xiaohe Park is easy and affordable (just $50 per night), and sometimes there are outdoor concerts or local markets happening there—unexpected joys! I'd been holding onto this hotel booking for a while and was a bit unsure if the service quality would be compromised since it was a discounted deal. But from the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Before arrival, they even called to confirm my check-in time, ask about room preferences, and whether I needed transportation—so thoughtful! Upon check-in, they kindly reminded me that free late-night snacks were available at the lobby after 9:30 PM, which was such a nice surprise. After settling into my room, they followed up with a quick call to ensure everything was satisfactory. When I mentioned the air conditioner was a bit noisy, they responded immediately by sending a technician to adjust it right away—super responsive! The room itself was cozy and well-decorated, the bathroom spotless, and the breakfast spread was both delicious and varied. My partner and I had a really comfortable stay. This experience totally exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend—it’s an amazing value and definitely worth returning.

The front desk staff, Ms. Liu, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by upgrading my room without hesitation—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Invoice processing was fast and hassle-free, a big plus for business travelers. On-site amenities like the gym and laundry facilities made the trip even more comfortable. Whether you're here for work or exploring the city, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and attentive service. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hangzhou.

Jinchen Hotel (Hangzhou Huanglong Sports Center)

Staying at Jinchen Hotel (Hangzhou Huanglong Sports Center) was an absolute delight! The room was incredibly spacious, with a smart toilet that made the experience so much more convenient and modern. The bed was huge—so comfortable I had to roll over twice just to get to the other side! Perfect for a good night’s sleep. Located right near the metro station, it's super easy to get to Huanglong Sports Center or downtown Hangzhou. Great value for money, and I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at the Atour Hotel near Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University in Hangzhou was an absolutely delightful experience. One of my favorite features was the sink height—perfectly designed so I didn’t have to bend over while brushing my teeth or washing up, which made a big difference, especially after long days. The staff were warm and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile and offering assistance without being intrusive. Small touches throughout the room—like thoughtful amenities placement and ambient lighting—showed real attention to detail. Located just steps away from the university campus, it’s quiet yet convenient, with easy access to public transit for exploring the city. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional comfort, excellent service, and great value. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to stay here again on my next visit.
