The room's soundproofing is excellent—complete silence from both outside and neighboring rooms, which made it perfect for a restful night’s sleep, especially important for us in our 50s. The location is incredibly convenient: after the concert at the Canal Sports Stadium, it only took about 10 minutes to walk back to the hotel. A short taxi ride also gets you to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum in under 10 minutes, and the nearest metro station is just steps away. The staff went above and beyond—they noticed I had a minor skin abrasion and kindly offered a bandage. When checking out, they even handed me a little New Year gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring service. This hotel offers great value and comfort. Staying at PI Hotel in Hangzhou was such a fun and memorable experience! Located right near Huanglong Sports Center, it’s super convenient to get around—just a short walk or quick metro ride away. The hotel is on the 15th floor with two levels, giving it a spacious and unique vibe. I loved the breakfast—huge variety, especially the dumplings and wontons, which were fresh and delicious. The room had a beautiful Japanese-style tatami design, very calming and cozy. Bonus: they offer free traditional outfits like kimonos and hanfu for guests to wear—perfect for taking cool photos with friends. We even got upgraded to a larger room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Clean environment, great staff, and amazing atmosphere. Definitely coming back—the value is unbeatable!

I'd been holding onto this hotel booking for a while and was a bit unsure if the service quality would be compromised since it was a discounted deal. Before arrival, they even called to confirm my check-in time, ask about room preferences, and whether I needed transportation—so thoughtful! Upon check-in, they kindly reminded me that free late-night snacks were available at the lobby after 9:30 PM, which was such a nice surprise. After settling into my room, they followed up with a quick call to ensure everything was satisfactory. When I mentioned the air conditioner was a bit noisy, they responded immediately by sending a technician to adjust it right away—super responsive! The room itself was cozy and well-decorated, the bathroom spotless, and the breakfast spread was both delicious and varied. My partner and I had a really comfortable stay. This experience totally exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend—it’s an amazing value and definitely worth returning.

Staying at Jinchen Hotel (Hangzhou Huanglong Sports Center) was an absolute delight! The room was incredibly spacious, with a smart toilet that made the experience so much more convenient and modern. The bed was huge—so comfortable I had to roll over twice just to get to the other side! Perfect for a good night’s sleep. Located right near the metro station, it's super easy to get to Huanglong Sports Center or downtown Hangzhou. Great value for money, and I’ll definitely be back.
