The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up in the morning. What really stands out is the incredible value for money—feels like staying in a mini luxury apartment without the premium price. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. If you're visiting Hangzhou for business or leisure, this is an ideal choice. Nearby Xiangji Temple even offers free admission, making it a peaceful spot to reflect or light incense. A short walk leads to Shenglihe Food Street, a lively hub packed with local flavors—especially loved the authentic Qiqihar barbecue, which was delicious and affordable. The fitness center is small but rarely crowded, so privacy isn’t an issue. While not huge, it’s functional and well-maintained. All in all, this place delivers great value, warm hospitality, and a genuine sense of local character—definitely worth returning.

Grand Mercure Hangzhou Zijingang

Staying at Grand Mercure Hangzhou Zijingang was an absolutely delightful experience. The room's soundproofing is excellent—complete silence from both outside and neighboring rooms, which made it perfect for a restful night’s sleep, especially important for us in our 50s. The location is incredibly convenient: after the concert at the Canal Sports Stadium, it only took about 10 minutes to walk back to the hotel. A short taxi ride also gets you to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum in under 10 minutes, and the nearest metro station is just steps away. The staff went above and beyond—they noticed I had a minor skin abrasion and kindly offered a bandage. When checking out, they even handed me a little New Year gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring service. This hotel offers great value and comfort. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located stay with exceptional hospitality.

PI hotel

Staying at PI Hotel in Hangzhou was such a fun and memorable experience! Located right near Huanglong Sports Center, it’s super convenient to get around—just a short walk or quick metro ride away. The hotel is on the 15th floor with two levels, giving it a spacious and unique vibe. I loved the breakfast—huge variety, especially the dumplings and wontons, which were fresh and delicious. The room had a beautiful Japanese-style tatami design, very calming and cozy. Bonus: they offer free traditional outfits like kimonos and hanfu for guests to wear—perfect for taking cool photos with friends. We even got upgraded to a larger room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Clean environment, great staff, and amazing atmosphere. Definitely coming back—the value is unbeatable!
